Context
ONDA was created as a women-led event brand in NYC for women navigating change, ambition, creativity, and reinvention. The brand needed to feel more intentional than a networking event and more emotionally grounded than a traditional business community that was commonly hustle cultured and girlboss-coded. The opportunity was to build a visual identity that could hold both softness and strength: personal enough to feel intimate, but bold enough to feel like a movement.



Role
In collaboration with COSTÈ STUDIO, we worked across brand strategy, naming, visual identity, art direction, and launch assets. The process included brand strategy workshops with the client where we shaped brand positioning and defined the audience, developed the name and concept, then created the visual identity system that included flexible assets for social, event promotion, and future brand touchpoints.



Approach
The creative direction was built around the idea of movement: the wave as a symbol of momentum, transition, and collective energy. We wanted ONDA to feel elevated and emotionally intelligent, but not overly polished or corporate. The visual system paired a bold cobalt and lime palette with expressive typography, flash-style photography, and a flexible graphic language that could move between intimate storytelling and high-energy event promotion.



Output
The final identity included the ONDA name, brand strategy, logo system, color palette, typography direction, graphic language, art direction, Canva-ready templates, and launch assets for social and event communication. The system was designed to be easy for the founding team to use while still giving the brand a distinctive visual point of view from day one.



Impact
The work gave ONDA a clear foundation to launch with confidence: a name, identity, and visual system that reflected the brand’s purpose and could scale across events, content, and community touchpoints. The project went on to receive a Silver Muse Creative Award for Corporate Design under COSTÈ STUDIO and helped them secure multiple brand partnerships.
